Ms Jurgita Venckutė is an associate at SORAINEN Lithuania, whose key areas of expertise are employment and corporate.

Jurgita has been involved in projects concerning complex labour issues, such as collective redundancies, adoption of global policies to the national legal environment, employment disputes, negotiating termination agreements, protection against unfair competition and disclosure of commercial secrets as well as others. She also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters.

She is an active lecturer and has conducted a number of seminars and presentations on employment topics for local and international audiences, including recent events hosted by German Chambers of Commerce in the Baltic Countries and British Chambers of Commerce in Lithuania.
Jurgita Venckute has gained LL.M degree with distinction at Durham University (United Kingdom) and was awarded Shell Centenary Scholarship. She also holds Bachelor in Law degree from Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania.
