André Istad Johansen is a partner and the Head of Advokatfirmaet Selmer’s employment department.

Johansen specialises in employment law and pension and assists a number of Norwegian and international companies with all
employment related legal issues. He has extensive experience with various pension schemes, including large private and public
pension funds.
Johansen also advises on corporate engagements such as mergers and
acquisitions.

He is co-author of several Norwegian publications such as; Pension and Mergers/Acquisitions, Material Collection in Labour Law and Law for Schools – Practical Reference for Primary Schools.
He is a member of the Norwegian Society for Labour Law
